On March 15, Breedlove Land Planning’s Associate and Civil Engineer, Kyle Webb, served as a judge for Georgia Technology Student Association’s State Leadership Conference at the Classic Center in Athens, Georgia. The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national organization of students engaged in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Open to middle school and high school students involved in technology education courses, students learn through exciting competitive events and leadership opportunities. Students can compete in over 60 individual and team events including 3D Animation, Architectural Design, Biotechnology Design, CAD, Coding, and many more. Kyle enjoyed judging both the “Future Technology Teacher” and “Video Game Design” events for high school students. Approximately 2,300 students competed from 183 schools in the State Leadership Conference, encouraging student collaboration, critical thinking and creativity. The State Leadership Conference prepares Georgia students to compete in the National TSA Conference, which will be held in Atlanta from June 22 – 26.
