BLP Goes to Work (and Fishing) at GA DNR Walton Fish Hatchery

Breedlove Land Planning is currently working to upgrade and expand the pond infrastructure at the Walton Fish Hatchery located in Social Circle, Georgia. This hatchery, managed by Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division, is an important resource as it helps provide stock for waters across the State of Georgia. During this project, all stock will need to be relocated prior to the start of construction activity, which will temporarily close the existing ponds. GA DNR invited BLP to host a family fishing night to thank us for our efforts on the project and get the stock removal process underway. Our employees and their families caught nearly 100 fish (mostly catfish) which will serve as the main entrée at this week’s company fish fry. Thank you to the GA DNR WRD for granting us the opportunity to enjoy this fun-filled event!  For more information on the hatchery visit:  http://georgiawildlife.com/walton-fish-hatchery
